Craig Opens the Doors on New D.F.W. Texas Branch

On Thursday, August 13th of 2026, Craig Manufacturing marked the official opening of its new Dallas Fort Worth facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony, joined by members of the Craig family, employees, business partners, and local representatives.

The new location is Craig Manufacturing’s fifth branch and third dedicated parts, service, and installation center in North America, joining existing service locations in Cambridge, Ontario and Blackfalds, Alberta.

The Dallas Fort Worth facility strengthens Craig’s ability to support equipment dealers and end users throughout Texas and the southern United States, providing more direct access to parts, installations, and service while helping reduce turnaround times. The location will also be home to our first U.S.-based Customer Service Team and U.S. Order Desk, giving American customers more direct access to dedicated support for orders, parts, and service,

Located on five acres, the new facility includes approximately 15,000 square feet of space built to handle heavy equipment attachments and installation work.

The shop is equipped with two 10-ton overhead cranes with 43-foot spans and 90-foot runways, allowing the Craig team to lift and handle products weighing up to 10 tons. The facility also includes a cross-draft paint booth with overhead crane accessibility and a 40-horsepower Ingersoll Rand compressed air system.

Large equipment can move easily through the shop with a 20-foot-wide drive-through bay featuring two 20-foot doors and a 24-foot-wide drive-through bay with two 24-foot doors. Two 9-foot-wide unloading dock systems provide additional flexibility for receiving and shipping attachments and parts.

With dedicated service and installation capabilities now in Dallas Fort Worth, Craig can provide faster regional support and keep more work closer to customers throughout the southern U.S.

The opening also comes during a milestone year for Craig Manufacturing as the company celebrates its 80th anniversary. Founded in Hartland, New Brunswick in 1946, Craig has grown from a small local shop into a North American heavy equipment attachment manufacturer with locations across Canada and the United States.

The Dallas Fort Worth facility represents another investment in Craig’s long-term commitment to manufacturing, servicing, and supporting heavy equipment attachments right here in North America.
