EXG-FOPS Falling Object Protection System | Excavator Guarding

This style of cab guarding is generally used in a more extreme environment such as forestry, demolition & quarries etc. as it provides full front and top cab covering (does not attach to cab) which is a one piece fabricated HSS tube frame structure with roof access hatch, it mounts to additional catwalks or a mounting kit (Depending upon machine configuration), one right rear leg vibration mount, front light mounts, cab access handle if OEM handle must be replaced in order to maintain 3 point contact for safety. Left rear leg does not block cab filter access. This style assembly meets ISO, SAE & B.C. WorkSafe safety codes.

Optional configurations can also include: 
• Additional rubber mounts
• Left rear window guard 
• Removeable Screen or Lexan glass with or in place of grid style front window protection. 
• Roof access hatch opening trip system. 
• Rear window Safe T Punch (Recommended) or a more extensive roof hatch trip system must be used in order to meet B.C. WorkSafe guidelines for secondary escape

Depending on the machine and configuration, Craig FOPS protection can be designed around applicable FOPS, OPS, ROPS, TOPS, and ISO Level 2 requirements.
