Craig Manufacturing is pleased to announce the appointment of Les Harding as Vice President, Parts and Service.
Les has built an outstanding career with Craig Manufacturing, marked by leadership, vision, and a willingness to tackle some of our most important growth initiatives. His journey with Craig began in Alberta, where he was instrumental in establishing our presence in the region, leading the development and relocation to our Blackfalds facility and overseeing its construction from the ground up.
Over the years, Les has continued to play a pivotal role in Craig's growth. As our founding Vice President of U.S. Manufacturing, he led our expansion into the United States, overseeing the construction and launch of our Ethridge, Tennessee manufacturing operation and helping establish our new Fort Worth service location. His leadership has been central to strengthening Craig's North American footprint and positioning the company for future growth.
In his new role, Les will relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and assume responsibility for leading Craig's North American Parts and Service business. His deep operational experience, customer focus, and proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams make him exceptionally well suited for this next chapter.
While Les' contributions to the growth of our U.S. manufacturing operations will always be remembered and appreciated, we are excited to see him bring his leadership, expertise, and passion for customer service to this important area of our business.
