Craig Manufacturing: Clearance Item Policy

 

  1. “As-Is” Sale
    All attachments / items sold under Craig Manufacturing’s Clearance Items are sold as is, with all faults and without any express or implied warranty, except as expressly stated in this policy.
  2. No Craig Warranty Coverage
    Regardless of whether the purchaser registers the serial number or completes registration paperwork, any product sold through a Special Clearance Offer is not eligible for Craig Technical Sales Support or Equipment Warranty coverage (including but not limited to the Equipment Limited Warranty, Snow Attachment Enhanced Warranty, or Parts Warranty).
  3. Serial Numbers, Registration & Returns
    • Even if a Special Clearance item has a serial number, registration of that serial number does not confer any warranty rights related to Craig’s standard warranties.
    • Special Clearance items are not subject to return or warranty claims due to defects, installation issues, or performance shortfalls.
  4. Scope & Limitations
    This policy applies only to items explicitly identified as “Special Clearance” in the product listing. Normal warranty policies (Equipment, Parts, Snow Attachment) continue to apply to non-clearance items under the usual terms: lapse of warranty, registration requirements, time / hour limits, etc. (see Craig’s Equipment Limited Warranty, Snow Attachment Enhanced Warranty, Parts Warranty) 
  5. Acknowledgement at Checkout & Listings
    The purchaser, by completing a Special Clearance purchase via web or otherwise, acknowledges acceptance of these terms. These terms will be prominently linked and/or included in the product listing and before checkout.
